For artists and architects, a powerful laptop or even a desktop computer with a high-resolution display and a good graphics card is essential for running creative software (e.g., Photoshop, 3D modeling software). A pressure-sensitive drawing tablet can be a valuable addition for creating digital art. Macs are popular in creative fields, but powerful Windows machines are also suitable.
