SHIPPING AND PICK-UP

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to On Campus Housing residents on "The Hill" via the Housing Mail Center. Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for the processing of your order prior to delivery to the Housing Mail Center. Once you receive your order fulfillment email, you can expect your order to be delivered to the Housing Mail Center within 1 business day (M-F). You can check your UCLA Store account for the current status of your order. Please allow additional time for the Housing Mail Center to process your order and send you a pick-up email to the email account you have on file with UCLA Housing.

Housing Mail Center Delivery is for official, current residents of UCLA On Campus Housing. Please place your order using your name as it appears on your Bruin Card (as registered at UCLA) and ensure UCLA Housing has your current email address. This will ensure prompt email notification that your package is available for pick-up from the Housing Mail Center staff. The Housing Mail Center indicates that packages are held for pickup for a maximum of 15 calendar days.

We offer three shipping methods: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping (prices are indicated below). All shipments are via UPS. Select “Ground Service” for delivery to APO/FPO (military) addresses. Please note that most international orders will have additional customs fees added upon delivery and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Oversized orders or shipments to remote international destinations may incur an additional fee. You will be asked to accept any additional charges before your order is shipped. Textbooks cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. (APO/FPO boxes are OK)

Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for the processing of your order before it is given to our carrier (assuming your titles are in-stock). You can check your UCLA Store account for the current status of your order.

Please know, we process all orders in the order they are received. The selection of 2nd Day and Overnight only applies to the speed of shipping after we have processed your order. Textbook orders are not scheduled for pick-up or delivery on weekends.

Please note: Due to the university holiday, orders will neither be processed nor shipped on the following dates: December 24, 25, 31, or January 1.

You can pick up your textbooks at the Textbook Department for FREE If you choose the UCLA Store Pick Up shipping option, regardless of the number of books you order. If you place a Pick-Up order which contains items from multiple stores, each store will process their portion of the order and have it waiting for you at that store's location. Below is a chart of dates and locations for pick-up. Orders not picked-up within 30 days of their processed date will be disposed of through donation.

Provided that your books are in stock, you can expect to receive an email, within 2 business days, indicating that your order has "shipped" via UCLA STORE PICK UP. "Shipped" means your order is ready for pickup.
