How do I join Bruin Rewards?

Signing up is easy! Customers who create a new UCLAStore.com account will automatically be enrolled and will receive a 100 point bonus! Existing customers will need to update their account with a mobile/cellphone number to begin earning points. Contact the UCLA Store team at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu if you are unable to access your Bruin Rewards account

How do I earn points?

You’ll receive 100 points just for signing up or updating your existing account. After that, you’ll receive 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise purchased from UCLAStore.com

Where can I find my available points?

You can find your available points and eligible rewards when you log in to UCLAStore.com and click the Bruin Rewards icon in the lower left of your window.

Do points expire?

Points will expire one year after being added to your account. Opt-in to messaging from the UCLA Store to ensure you’ll get reminders when your points are nearing expiration.

How do I redeem points?

When you reach point milestones, your rewards coupons will be automatically added to your account, and can be redeemed at checkout by simply selecting the appropriate discount from the drop down menu in the summary section of the checkout screen. Some items, like dental and nursing kits, cannot be purchased with Bruin Rewards points. Please note that UCLAStore.com transactions are limited to TWO active promotions per transaction.

How does the free shipping offer work?

All active Bruin Rewards members will receive free domestic ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more (some item exclusions apply). Discount will be automatically applied at time of checkout.

What happens when I return something?

If you applied a rewards discount code to your order and returned you entire order, the points used for the discount will be added back to your account. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for eligible points to be returned to your account. If you return a partial order, your available refund will be pro-rated to account for points applied, but no points will be returned to your account.

Can I earn points on previous orders, or claim points to orders already placed?

No, Bruin Rewards points can only be earned or redeemed on NEW orders beginning with account establishment.

Is there a limit to points I can earn?

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn. However, redemption limits will apply per transaction. The maximum amount of points redeemable at one time is 1,000 points (equal to $50 in savings)

Is there a limit to points I can redeem per transaction?

UCLAStore.com purchases are limited to a $50 (1000 points) maximum redemption per transaction

Can I transfer points to another Bruin Rewards Account?

No, points cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Can UCLA departments join Bruin Rewards?

No, Bruin Rewards are limited to individual customers only.
