Bruin Rewards Program Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Bruin Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) is a loyalty program unique to the UCLA Store and UCLAStore.com owned and controlled by the Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) and powered by Zinrelo. Users who register for the Bruin Rewards Program can earn Points for specified activities. These Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined on the Rewards Site. The rewards and program features may change at the sole discretion of ASUCLA.
Eligibility
The Rewards Program is available to customers who are at least 18 years old and maintain a valid email address. If under 18, participants must have parental or legal guardian permission. Each user may only register one account.
Program Participation
Users earn Points by interacting with the UCLA Store and ASUCLA as per the program rules.
Points:
• Are determined solely by ASUCLA
• May change without notice
• Are subject to limits and approval
• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be earned after program termination
Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the official rules. Changes to the rules may occur at any time.
Earning Points
Users may earn Points for designated activities. These Points will be displayed in a portal on the website and deposited into the user’s account within a reasonable timeframe. Any discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days. Users must be logged into the same account to earn Points. Tax, shipping & handling and any other charges other than the purchase price of the Qualifying Product are not eligible to earn Rewards points.
Point Redemption
Users can redeem Points for rewards, which may be provided by ASUCLA. For any issues regarding rewards, users can contact the ASUCLA’s Bruin Rewards support team. Tax, shipping & handling and any other charges other than the purchase price of the Qualifying Products are not eligible for Rewards point redemption.
Termination
The Rewards Program may be terminated at ASUCLA’s discretion. Points may expire if not used before the program's termination. Users must redeem all Points before the expiration date.
General Conditions
• The program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Taxes on rewards are the user's responsibility.
• Points are not transferable.
• The program is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Rewards Program Malfunctions and Conduct
ASUCLA may modify, suspend, or terminate the program if technical issues or external events disrupt its operations. Attempting to exploit or tamper with the program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of Points. Limitations of Liability The Rewards Program and rewards are provided "as is" without warranties.
ASUCLA and Platform Provider are not responsible for:
• Incomplete or incorrect information
• Technical malfunctions
• Errors in point accumulation or reward distribution
• Any direct or indirect damages
Privacy
Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes agreement to the ASUCLA’s privacy policy found HERE.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Official Rules represent the full agreement between the user and ASUCLA, superseding any prior agreements. They may only be modified by ASUCLA. Rights and obligations are not transferable without written consent.
