RETURNS & EXCHANGES



Apparel & Accessories Return Policy:

Web purchases may be returned within 60 days of the date your order was shipped. Returned items must be in original condition /packaging, with tags attached, and free of hair, stains, debris or signs of use. Shipping charges are not refundable. Promotional discounts used at the time of original purchase can’t be transferred to new orders but will be honored when exchanging an item for the same style in a different color or size. Returns and exchanges that do not comply with these policies will be returned to the sender. Please see our Terms of Use section for additional information.

Returning/exchanging Apparel & Accessories items ordered online:

Please fill out Return/Exchange Form, and send the completed form with the goods via INSURED & TRACKABLE mail to:

Please allow 3-6 weeks processing time after your order has been received. Be aware that exchanges are subject to stock on hand at the time we process your return. If the exchange item you’ve requested is sold out, a full refund for your returned item will be processed. The UCLA Store is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit back to our store.

Returning/exchanging Apparel & Accessories web orders in person, at the UCLA Store on campus:

An item purchased online can only be returned or exchanged at the UCLA Store on campus in Ackerman Union, under the conditions of our return policy as described above. Please include your original packing slip listing the item you wish to return or exchange. For hours or additional information please contact the UCLA Store, Bearwear Dept. at 310.206.0810.

Returning/exchanging Apparel & Accessories items purchased at the UCLA Store on campus via mail:

Items purchased at our store on campus, can be returned via mail. Refunds only will be granted if return complies with return policy, and a copy of the original item is included with a completed UCLA Store Return/Exchange Form . The UCLA Store is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit to our store.

Computer Products:

Unopened computer hardware, software, and peripherals are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase at the current selling price. Opened software and licensed products not returnable. Opened product returns must be pre-approved, and are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. For more information and to request return authorization see Computer Return Policies.

Textbooks:

Returns and exchange textbooks can only be made in person at a UCLA Store location. See Textbook Payment and Return Policies for details.

BookZone:

BookZone online orders cannot be returned in store. For information on returns, visit BookZone Customer Service.

Graduation Etc./ Campus Photo Studio:

Please make sure your selection carefully. There are no refunds or exchanges on Graduation Packs or portraits, and all orders must be picked up in person at the UCLA Store. Individually purchased Diploma frames follow the same policies as Apparel & Accessories.

Returning/exchanging an online purchase at our store:

Only items purchased online that comply with the conditions described above, can be returned or exchanged at the UCLA Store on campus in Ackerman Union. Please present your original packing slip when requesting an exchange or refund.
