Processing procedures may vary across departments. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and special events.

Apparel & Accessories

Processing times vary by season. For online orders, allow 2–4 business days* for processing.

 Priority and Rush orders are shipped as quickly as possible but may still require 2–4 business days* during peak seasons.

Computers

Call (310) 825-6952 for processing and shipping questions. International shipping is not available for computer products.

Graduation Etc. & Campus Photo Studio

Photo prints: 7–10 days. Digital images: ~1 week. Personalized graduation sashes can take 8-10 weeks. Commencement items and portraits are non-returnable. Diploma frames ship to contiguous U.S. only.

Textbooks

Course materials typically arrive weeks before term — allow 1–3 business days* for online processing for in-stock items. See Textbook Customer Service for pick up details and availability.

*Business days = 9:00am–5:00pm PT, Monday–Friday (excl. holidays).

 Processing typically requires 2–4 business days before shipment.

The UCLA Store is not liable for carrier delays due to weather, address errors, or other issues. Transit times below are transit only and do not include processing time.

Standard Ground

Transit time: 2–7 business days*   Cost: $10.95   Restrictions: Continental US only (excludes AK/HI/US Territories).

Priority Shipping

Transit time: 2–3 business days*   Cost: $23.95   Restrictions: Not available to P.O./APO boxes.

Rush Shipping

Transit time: 1 business day*   Cost: $33.95   Restrictions: Not available to P.O./APO boxes.

International Shipping

Transit time: Transit times vary by destination  Cost: $55.95   Restrictions: Recipient responsible for duties/fees. Refused/canceled orders once shipped are abandoned and not eligible for refund

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Bring photo ID — orders released only to individuals named on the order. Pickup is for prepaid online orders only. Unclaimed apparel & accessory orders return to stock after 7 days and are refunded.
