Processing Times
Processing procedures vary by department. Allow additional time during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and special events. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

- Orders released only to individuals named on the order
- Pickup for prepaid online orders only
- Unclaimed apparel & accessory orders return to stock and are refunded after 7 days
- Graduation essentials refunded 7 days after the final ceremony
- Personalized items & portraits are non-refundable
- Unclaimed textbooks donated after 30 days (non-refundable)
