Important dates

Undergraduate Students:

Program Welcome email will be sent to your email account on file with the UCLA Registrar the week prior to the start of each quarter. Our Welcome email will contain important information, your required course material list and program deadline for changes or opt outs. Please check your spam folder if not received. Emails will be issued as follows:

• Fall quarter September 15, 2025
• Winter quarter December 29, 2025
• Spring quarter March 23, 2026

Friday of 2nd week is the Opt-Out deadline for fall, winter, and spring quarter.

3rd week of each quarter billing is processed to your BruinBill account.

If you opt out or drop a class, and you have a print textbook that you received as part of Bruin One Access program, you must return that item, in new condition, within one week of the date of drop.

Print materials must be picked up no later than Friday of 5th week.

Following the opt-out deadline, no refunds for Bruin One Access will be issued unless you officially withdraw from the quarter.

Faculty:

Email notifications will be issued to active faculty/staff users of Collect upon opening the term for course material requests. Submissions well in advance of the adoption deadline are greatly appreciated.

Course material adoptions must be submitted no later than 7 weeks prior to the start of term. Requests received after the deadline may result in materials, especially print, not being available for the start of term. Or, depending on the estimated arrival date, materials may not be eligible for inclusion in the program.
